While at Art Center, I dove into the world of fashion illustration. Every week I practiced drawing techniques by styling and drawing from a live model, all the while learning about trends and styles from different eras in fashion history. Here is a peek into my sketchpad.

Greek Chic

Drapes, pleats, and flows~

Victorian Era

Hoop skirts, bustles, corsets, and deformed ribs.

Art Deco

Skyscraper postures, sharp lines, and patterns.

The 50s

Pencil skirts, silhouettes, arthritis hands, and cigarettes.

The 60s

Flat graphics, go-go boots, bug eyes, & Sia bobs.

The 70s

Bell bottoms, platforms, fluid layers, and psychedelic vibes.

The 80s

DRAMA.
